Every detailed report that Eco-Anthracite compiles is custom written to address the specific characteristics your home or building displays.  Our reports are six to ten page documents that are a direct result of our test results, diagnostic experience, and construction knowledge.  Each report contains an in-depth analysis to be used by other energy professionals that perform work on your home or building as well as an easy-to-understand list of "Best Bang For The Buck" repairs and upgrades.  We also calculate estimated costs, payback period, ROI, and energy/emissions savings for each improvement that is recommended for heating, cooling, lighting and major appliances so you can see the potential impact your improvements can have.  We also take into account the owners future intentions.  We spend time with the owner before beginning the audit to find out what their need and intentions are.  If the building is to be remodeled, expanded, or changed in any manner, our recommendations reflect that.  We also provide support to our clients after completing our audit so that your home or building becomes the healthy, efficient and comfortable place you want it to be.
